Dinner with friends

Although I’m no longer a vegetarian I still love big salad dinners. What you can’t see in this photo is that there’s a huge bowl of mixed leafy greens under all of those yummy toppings.

The bowl itself is 14 inches across but it’s only 3 to 4 inches deep, perfect for serving salad or pasta.

Ingredients: Red peppers, herbed feta cheese, avocado, green onions, black California olives and hard boiled eggs.

  1. Lydia Street says:

Thanks Kelli. I’m so addicted to avocados right now that I could eat them every single day.

  2. Oh my gosh that looks so good! My salads always look just a bit better than a Bag ‘O Salad! 🙂 I’ll probably go to bed and dream about avacados and black olives. Thanks for the visual. Yum! I’m going to pin it.
