Although I’m no longer a vegetarian I still love big salad dinners. What you can’t see in this photo is that there’s a huge bowl of mixed leafy greens under all of those yummy toppings.
The bowl itself is 14 inches across but it’s only 3 to 4 inches deep, perfect for serving salad or pasta.
Ingredients: Red peppers, herbed feta cheese, avocado, black California olives and hard boiled eggs.
These jams were given to family and friends for holiday gifts.
These were our first batch of bread and butter pickles.
